NEW Laptop needs motherboard. None available, Dont know when will be available. NO MORE ASUS for me !!!!Called many times, no help whatsoever. Everyone wines and complains like they are the only customer that Asus has. Well may be all you need is a dose of patience. Not all problems can be solve with one phone call

ASUS is dreadful.My son's computer 'died' exactly one month after the year's warranty expired.

He paid £400 for a computer used for homework for 13 months. Unfortunately it was purchased from Comet. Try and speak to anyone at ASUS and it's a dead-end. Customer service is appalling.

Yes out of warranty but absolutely no advice as to where to take it for repair.

Will not touch ASUS with a barge-pole now.:(

RMA boards now total 3. first board they refused for over a year until it was dead dead. Issues with PCI slot at with Initial board. Took over a year to die.

Fast forward to January 2013. Have had 2 boards from Asus arrive DOA. Get to do it again.

Total hours on the phone with their support: 9 hours

Total number of times having to pay to get the broken hardware they have sent me to them: 2

Cost: $50 CA

They are saying they will pay for pickup and shipping on this board. But with the phone calls and the shipping my costs are: $131 on a board that costed $150.

Very rarely to two motherboard arrive from any company that are both dead. There has to be some other issue such as CPU, memory, or even power supply.
