This is the last ASUS product I will ever buy. they just lost a long term . Bought an S550C and have now found it won,t load iTunes. What a piece of junk, this is almost a basic requirement in these times, especially with the number of iPhones and iPads floating around in Australia.

They have got to be kidding. Also their complains and technical support is pathetic. This is my fourth and last purchase due to the pathetic service and support. I have recommended them to hundreds of people over the years but that will not be happening again.

I expect service 7 days per week eve if it is online and I expect a product hat works.

I have had techies look at it and it is in the configuration I have been told.

Never again

Monetary Loss: $1200.

My girlfriend recently bought the same laptop and iTunes is working perfectly. I plan to buy one myself very soon :)
