Asus - They can build a motherboard but can't send it to the right address
I have spent (3) consecutive days attempting to just have the ASUS RMA center send my repaired motherboard to my NEW address and NOT my old address. To no avail.
I made (6) total calls to get resolution. At no time did anyone even try to return my call. I had to initiate all contact. I called well before the part was repaired to provide the correct shipping address.
The item was still sent to the wrong address. I was then instructed by ASUS (responsible for the delivery) to contact FedEx to change the receiving address. Big problem, only the shipper (ASUS) can make that change with FedEx. Back to square one.
ASUS basically refused to send my repaired item to the correct address. Do I dare wonder if my motherboard was in fact repaired? I also feel that I was charged for repairs on an item that was received damaged. That's a whole different complaint.
I should be refunded all monies spent to this point. Who am I kidding, this email probably won't even be read. I am paying for their multiple errors.
I should receive some type of compensation for my inconvenience. Yeah, right.
Reason of review: Your list won't allow me to choose multiple options.
Monetary Loss: $140.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Asus Cons: Total incompetence with change of address.
