I bought the Asus Z590 PLUS WIFI brand new for $189.98 plus TAX. And it did not work out the box.

It failed to provide any BIOS beeps, it failed to send a signal to the monitor and it failed to provide power to the keyboard and mouse. The whole PC came to life when I hit the power button and all the hardware was purchased brand new to be 100% compatible to the motherboard. I sent it in for repairs, they sent it back the same day they recieved it claiming nothing was wrong with it. Well it still failed to do all the above.

I was promised a brand new board in a generic box for exchange, what i received was a previously used board that also failed to the same things. The only differences between the first board and this one was it did provide BIOS beeps.

Customer service has gave me the run around for a week now, I have called several times and all I get is it is being escalated whatever that means. Not only have I still not had a working board but my value is done.

They were supposed to charge me $1.50 to help me get back into my account. They charge me $1.54 times +4 dollars plus $29.90 without being authorized and its impossible to get through them. I want my money back.

I purchased a computer throw a third party seller platform via the school district portal called Odyssey. The computer was purchased through their portal from Office Depot on March 25th.
I then received and registered the laptop directly through Asus in the "MyAsus" app on the laptop.

It was a 3 year warranty that included accidental damage. The cost was 179.99 and is reflected on my credit card statement.
Fast forward several months and the email I previously used to setup my Asus account is not accessible.
I immediately contacted Asus to update this email address and ever since I have been thrown through the ringer.
Despite my serial number clearly showing on their own website that it is warrantied(the website is misreporting the coverage dates it's good until 8/2025 and should be 4/2026) there customer service has harassed me by saying my receipts are not good enough. They are printed directly from the Odyssey website. I have dealt with close to a dozen customer service agents.

All of them give me an impossible response saying my invoice is unacceptable since it has no serial number on the invoice. Something that is out of my control as the vendor does not do that.
They know my computer was brand new as I registered upon first turning it on.

Calling the ASUS Customer Service Phone number 888-678-**** received an instant disconnection. However, my PC screen shows a dialog box for "Reason for your call".

I Entered NUC13ANHi7 Warranty Serial # BTAN305008DN SA # M8990*-***. The serial number and SA number were both unfound. But Intel show the NUC is in-warranty.

NUC products was not an option from the six options on the "Reason for you call" screen.

After trying to connect with ASUS for a NUC13ANHi7 Warranty repair - After January 16th, 2024, without result is more than a little disappointing.

If I go to Intel, they send me to ASUS. If I go to the Seller, they send me to Intel.

Meanwhile my in-warranty computer is dead, and no one wants to respond to a plea for help.

I realize the transition is difficult and for both Intel and ASUS. Nevertheless, customers with new computers do require help.

I am Rodney Peterson, a dedicated ASUS customer for the past 15 years. My family and I have relied on ASUS products, including ROG laptops for my college assignments, web design, digital photography, video editing, and online gaming.

Other members of my family also use ASUS desktop models for their office work and online gaming, especially during the COVID outbreak when working from home became essential.

Recently, I completed several hours of online courses in short story and screenplay writing, along with video production, using my Zephyrus M16 ROG laptop. While some production software proved a bit taxing for the Zephyrus, causing occasional overheating, that's not the primary reason for this letter.

My wife and I are currently immersed in writing a series of short stories and screenplays revolving around a team of private investigators tackling the growing threat of online romance scams within the online gaming community.

Both the investigating team and the protagonists in our stories rely on the ASUS ROG Strix G17 laptop to carry out their tasks and ultimately bring an end to the romance scam ring.

I understand it's a significant request, but I'm wondering if you would be willing to provide me with a Strix G17 laptop for thorough research and firsthand usability of your excellent product. In return, I plan to express my gratitude by including a thank-you note to ASUS in the acknowledgment section and featuring the Strix G17 as the exclusive computer used in the video production if our work gets published.

User's recommendation: It looks like to that ASUS don't care what loyal customers have to say. I've trusted in Asus for the last 20 years. Maybe I should look into HP or Apple for future purchases or even possible business proposals.

Why would you post a request asking for something and stating your loyalty to the brand and then include a recommendation of turning to HP or Apple? Even if they don’t/didn’t respond or declined, you found a brand that has been issue free.

Lost Package

I have been waiting for a package from DHGate that has been stuck in customs = LOST! I have tried to contact ASUS International Shipping and there is no way to contact this company!!! I was trying to contact you as the cursor has vanished from my month old Asus vivobook. Tried you on line suggestions on my phone - press control - switch computer off and on again - cd not do the third option of opening settings as I HAVE NO CURSOR. You do not have an email for UK customer help so I will have to return computer as faulty goods to Amazon. Bloody annoying stop ignoring deaf people - not everyone can use a phone.

Couldn't connect my Asus Router to my modem

There were problems with connecting my router to my modem. The customer service representative was not nice, actually mean. I had trouble hearing him and asked him a few times to repeat himself and he yelled at me that I don't know what I'm doing. He was very impatient and a real jerk. We can't return the router because we already sent in a defective one and they sent us this new one that still doesn't work. They said they won't accept returns after the 2nd one... but it wasn't working also. So frustrating!!!
