I had my tablet fixed the end of October 2014, two weeks later arrived with the WRONG tablet. Few days later somebody contact me and told me she have my warranty info and the box.
After back and forth email, we both realized we have wrong tablet and my tablet start showing more and more problem and now completely broke. Since beginning of November, I called ASUS customer service, supervisor, etc, they promise with fix the problem but PROMISE just promise.
They never call or resolved my problem and my real tablet still somewhere out there, left me with broken tablet. Shame on you ASUS!!!!!!!!
