Asus - More crap - computer and customer service
Two brand new laptops - one the 'D' key did not work. Neither had certificate of authenticity (aka 'product key') for Windows operating system.
Called their customer screw-over (er I mean customer service) number and was told they would send product key for window via email within 48 hours. Surprise - NOT, no email for 72 hours. Called them back and was told they don't give them out anymore. Also said they did not have my email or phone number - BULLSHIT!!!!!
Are they just re-using a courtesy key from Microsoft???
And it was my fault the d key did not work because it worked when it left the factory. Like I said brand new and not a mark on it.
Asus can take both of these laptops and shove them where the sun does not shine.
