Terrible build quality!
When I got my ASUS Laptop in 2019, I was amazed! AT HOW *** IT WAS!!!!
At first it wasn't too bad. Apps loaded in quickly, The case was pretty reliable (for how many times I dropped it) and it was a good experience. Until my mom slammed it on the floor, And stepped on it.
The screen was absolutely shattered! So we sent it out to the tech to fix it.
But that's when the problems began.
I noticed that the computer was being slower than usual. And before I noticed it, The computer was beginning to fail. I kept dropping it, Parts were falling out, Games like Algodoo were running slower than ever and ghosting was starting to happen on the screen.
BUT THAT WASN'T THE WORST OF IT!
In 2021, The CPU was as fried as food at an amusement park.
On July 1, 2021 (My 9th birthday) I got an HP Laptop, It took every good thing I said at the beginning, And multiply it by 10!
It was MUCH more fast and MUCH more sturdy!

THE PRODUCT AND BRAND ARE PATHETIC
I WRITE THIS LETTER IN EXTREME FRUSTRATION WITH YOUR PRODUCT
I would like to bring the following to your attention: based on recommendation of a family member I thought I would buy the ASUS laptop.
I now wish I had not and if there is no response/ correction of this email, going forward I will certainly not purchase any product linked to ASUS brand as well as inform all my colleagues friends etc to do the same when deciding on a new laptop purchase.
I purchased an ASUS laptop from Mitabyte March 2020. Under a year later the 1st issue started i.e., the network/ Wi-Fi card was battling to read connections as well as a very slow start up process.
I had to restart my laptop every time for it to find a network. This was extremely annoying as I am on constant conference calls every day, and this proved detrimental to my job.
After the year warranty (timing) the laptop began to really become problematic which is no surprise especially when there is always profit in product obsolescence invariably costing the consumer and your clients in this regard.
Not Sure if ASUS really cares about this but we will find out soon enough??
The laptop started -Freezing cant start correctlyConstantly giving me airplane mode statusShutting down during very important zoom conferences.And now currently has a black screen with the power button not switching off I am unable to shut my laptop down or restart it.
When I say I am extremely annoyed to the point where as I mentioned above - I am prepared to convince all my other colleagues to stay away from your products unless something is done about this ASAP the laptop cost over 10 000 rand and to date is basically dead.
I expect a response on this issue ASAP

OOO MY GODDDD.....ASUS is the worst company you can GET anything from. If they start selling earplugs,,, one should not buy that also...
I saw one of my friend's friends had a laptop, with amazing lights and all, and I bought it I really need a good laptop I have to use software for which I needed a gaming laptop. I never played a game on it for studying and working. It's a stupid laptop and OHHH my god don't fall for looks they give HORRIBLE service, my charger went bad in 6 months THEN LIGHTS USED TO FLICKER SOMETIMES..... after warranty my speakers went bad for that they ASKED 1000 charges, after that my charging port malfunction for that 50 thousand why because it is connected with the motherboard.
This all happened in 1 year and 4 months, I have been struggling past 6 months and writing complaints and all. Just nothing. It's a waste of money. Waste of resources.
I will never ever set my eye on ASUS... they don't even provide on-site service, you have to GO TO service centre to wait in line. Looks and all is fin, it is the reliability after years that customers need, which ASUS doesn't give.
AND ALSO SOMETIMES THERE IS A SHADOW THAT COMES ON THE SCREEN. I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT IS.

I am facing similar problems with ASUS Laptop, It has been nightmare as i had hardly use this laptop for about 20% of time as most of the time it has issue and time was wasted in resolving issue.. several issue, several parts resolved..
ASUS will give you old parts as replacement when new parts failed how will old parts performs.
Wont recommend asus anyone.. Dont fall for ASUS ads.
